Return & Exchange Policy
At Hackworth Armory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. We accept returns for items that are unused and in their original packaging.
Please note that some items, such as ammunition and firearms, are not eligible for return. If you have any questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
